Moong Dhal Salad
| Soaked Moong dhal | 1 cup |
| Tomato pieces | ½ cup |
| Cucumber pieces | ½ cup |
| Carrot and capsicum pieces | ½ cup |
| Mango pieces(if available) | ½ cup |
| Salt to taste | |
| Ginger ground | ½ tsp |
| Lime juice | 1 tsp |
| Coriander leaves | 1 tbsn |
1. Soak the split yellow moong dhal for about an hour and drain the water.
2. Cut all ingredients to uniform pieces.
3. Microwave capsicum pieces for about a minute.
4. Mix all together.
5. Add salt and lime juice just before serving or else the salad will become a little watery.
