Dry roasted groundnut | ½ cup |
Green gram sprout | 1 cup |
Tomato and Onion (cut into small pieces) | 1 cup |
Minced coriander leaves | ¼ cup |
Capsicum(cut into small pieces) | ¼ cup |
Lime juice | ½ tsp |
Salt to taste |
1. Microwave the green gram sprouts for 2 minutes.
2. Microwave Capsicum pieces for one minute separately.
3. Mix all the ingredients in a broad bowl just before eating.
4. It will be a wonderful evening snack for diabetes patients.
