VEGETABLE MASAL VADAI.
Prepare the dough for garlic masal vadai as given below.
Take vegetables like carrot, beans, peas etc( non watery ones), cut them into small pieces ( 1cup)and
microwave them for 2 minutes.
Add them to the Vadai dough and preferably deep fry the pattis into Masal Vadai
