HEALTHY FIVE GRAINS VADAI – A VARIATION
Follow the same procedure given in
five grains vadai below, but do not soak moong dhal with other grains.
Soak the moong dhal separately.When
the dough is ready, drain the soaked moong dhal and add to the dough without
grinding it. Then pat the dough into small vadais and finish. It will give a very grispy
variant of five grains vadai.
