Methi Masal Vadai – another version 

Channa Dhal
2 cups
Raw Rice
½ cup
Onion (finely chopped)
½ cup
Methi  Seeds(fenugreek seeds)
2 tsp
Green and Red chilli
1 each
Garam Masala powder
1 tsp
Salt to taste

Oil to deep fry

     1. Prepare the dough as below
2.     Instead of methi leaves, add 2 tsp of methi seeds to the dough.
3.     This should be deep fried as the methi seeds will give a bitter taste if shallow fried.
