Wonderful Evening Snack

Salad for the Evening for GD women

Dry roasted groundnut
½ cup
Green gram sprout
1 cup
Tomato and Onion (cut into small pieces)
1 cup
Minced coriander leaves
¼ cup
Capsicum(cut into small pieces)
¼ cup
Lime juice
½ tsp
Salt to taste

1.      Microwave the green gram sprouts for 2 minutes.
2.      Microwave Capsicum pieces for one minute separately.
3.      Mix all the ingredients in a broad bowl just before eating.
4.      It will be a wonderful evening snack for diabetes patients.
