Easy Salad with Moong Dhal

Moong Dhal Salad

Soaked Moong dhal
1 cup
Tomato pieces
½ cup
Cucumber pieces
½ cup
Carrot and capsicum pieces
½ cup
Mango pieces(if available)
½ cup
Salt to taste

Ginger ground
½ tsp
Lime juice
1 tsp
Coriander leaves
1 tbsn
1.      Soak the split yellow moong dhal for about an hour and drain the water.
2.      Cut all ingredients to uniform pieces.
3.      Microwave capsicum pieces for about a minute.
4.      Mix all together.
5.      Add salt and lime juice just before serving or else the salad will become a little watery.
