Coriander leaves Vattal Kuzhambu

Sometimes, we will have plenty of coriander leaves at hand without a proper recipe to use them. Here is one for you to make use of.
Coriander leaves.                        1 cup
Tamarind paste.                           1/2 tsp
Fried methi powder.                     1/2 tsp
Rasam powder.                             1tsp
Jaggery powder.                            1 tsp
Mustard  and red chilli to season
Salt to taste

Grind all ingredients except mustard and chilli to a nice mixture adding one cup water.

Keep the kuzhambu in a microwave dish and microwave it just for a minute.

Season mustard and red chilli in 2 tsp of ginglee oil  and serve.
