SOUP TO FIT IN YOUR DIET

SOUP FOR YOUR HEALTH
                                                        

Ripe tomato                                 4
Cauliflower                                  1(small)
Palak greens                                1 bunch
Beet root                                     1
Carrot                                         2
Beans                                          20
Capsicum                                    1
Onion (optional)                          1
Sugar                                          2 tsp
Pepper powder                           1 tsp
Soya flour                                   2 tsp
Ghee                                          1 tsp
Ginger ground                             1 tsp
Salt to taste


1. Wash all the vegetables well.
2. Cut all of them into small pieces.
3. Cook them in the pressure cooker with 4 cups of water.
4. After removing it from the cooker, mash them well while hot.
5. Keep the tawa on fire and fry soya flour in ghee, add the vegetable soup to it
6. Add sugar, salt and pepper powder, mix well and serve hot.
