Mullu Murukku
Rice flour  | 4 cups  | 
Yellow Moong dhal  | 1 cup  | 
Sesame seeds  | 1 tsp  | 
Cardamom powder  | 1 tsp  | 
Butter  | 2 tablespoon  | 
Salt to taste  | |
Oil to fry  | 
- Cook the moong dhal in the pressure cooker and mash it well while hot.
 - Mix the rice flour, cooked moong dhal, butter,salt, cardamom powder and sesame seeds.
 - Blend all this nicely to a perfect consistency to make murukku in the achu.
 - Keep oil in a broad based tawa and heat it well. Keep the fire to medium heat so that the murukkus will not be over burnt.
 - Make small murukkus on 4 or 5 laddles and drop them in the hot oil in the tawa one by one to get small well shaped murukkus.
 - This murukku will not absorb much oil and very nutritious for children.
