Amla Raitha
Big amla       --2 or 3
Green chilli   -- 1
Salt to taste
Thich curd    -- 1/2 cup
Grate the amla and microwave it just for a minute.
Cut the chilli to tiny bits.
Mix the curd , chilli, salt with curd and use it.This is the healthiest raitha possible full of vitamin C. Amla has the property to induce insulin secretion, so very good for diabetes.
