Bitter gourd Snack

Usually when diabetic, hunger and craving to eat will be more. But ironically you do not have a free hand to taste whatever you want. So here is a light snack made of bitter gourd, onion and garlic to serve dual purpose.
Bitter gourd (cut into round pieces) --- 1 cup
Minced onion                                   --- 1cup
Garlic flakes                                     ---  6
Bengal gram flour                             --- 1 tbsn
Rice flour                                          --- 1 tbsn
Oil                                                     --- 2 tsp
Chilli powder                                    --- 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Pressure cook the bitter gourd pieces and drain them.
Saute onion and garlic for a minute in the microwave.
Mix all the ingredients in a microwave bowl without adding water.
Keep it in the microwave, high for 5 minutes. You will get crispy bitter gourd snack for the evening.You can even keep it as a side dish for rice.
If you like cinnamon taste, you can add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder to the ingredients.
