POTATO  VADAI

Big Potatoes
4
Rawa (Sooji)
1 cup
Onion (chopped)
½ cup
Green chillies
2
Ginger ground
1 tsp
Coriander and curry leaves
¼ cup
Oil to fry

Salt to taste


1.     Boil potatoes and mash well.
2.     Soak the rawa for ½ an hour and drain well.
3.     Mix mashed potato, rawa, onion and spices well into thick dough.
4.     Pat into medium size thin round vadai on wet palm.
5.     Deep fry till golden brown.
6.     Serve hot with tomato ketch up.
