METHI KABAB

METHI LEAVES KABAB

Methi Kabab is something very nutritious and healthy for evening snack.
Fresh Methi leaves                         2 cups
Wheat Flour                                  1 cup
Bengal gram Flour                         1/2 cup
Soya Flour                                    1/2 cup
Chilli powder                                 1 tsp
Turmeric powder                           1 tsp
Ginger ground                                1 tsp
Curd                                              1/2 cup
Grated coconut( optional)               2 tbsn
Salt to taste
Oil to fry ( optional)

1. Cut the methi leaves into small bits.
2. Mix all the ingredients with curd into a thick batter like chappathi knead.
3. Divide the knead into small balls like an orange.
4.Shape the balls into 3" long rolls.
5. Cook them in an idli pan well.
6. This cooked kabab itself is good to eat for diet conscious people.
7. For kids, these kababs can be deep fried and served with tomato ketchup.
8. If the kabab is not fried, the calories from fat will not be accounted.
